Reading the Layouts
How Godrej Elanor Plot Layouts Are Shared
Plot layouts at Godrej Elanor are presented by plot type and size. Pre-launch opened in September 2026 and is underway, and buyers who register interest through the enquiry form receive the layout details for their preferred plot type. The launch is planned for December 2026, with completion from December 2030 onwards, and Tamil Nadu RERA registration is awaited — it can be checked on the Tamil Nadu RERA portal once it is published.
The 47 acres are organised in a grid-and-avenue layout, with wide paved internal roads giving two-way access to every plot and dedicated walkways kept apart from vehicle paths.
