How the Godrej Elanor Site Is Planned
Godrej Elanor master plan is a plotted-community plan: 950+ residential plots on 47 acres, each plot sitting on its own land along a grid of roads and avenues. The land was confirmed through the Godrej Properties acquisition of 30 June 2026, a 47-acre plotted development off OMR with developable potential of about 1.2 million sq.ft. and estimated revenue potential of ₹500 crore.
Grid-and-avenue layout
The plan follows an organised grid-and-avenue layout. Wide paved internal roads give smooth two-way traffic and direct access to every plot, and dedicated pedestrian walkways and walking tracks run separately from the vehicular paths, so residents can walk without sharing the carriageway.
Five plot types
The plot mix runs from the Cottage Plot at 750 sq.ft., through the Villa Plot at 1,000 sq.ft., the Bungalow Plot at 1,200 sq.ft. and the Mansion Plot at 1,500 sq.ft., to the Estate Plot at 1,646–2,400 sq.ft. The plot-wise details are on the plot plans page.
Open spaces and the clubhouse
Central parks, landscaped avenues, avenue plantations, walking and jogging tracks and recreational green zones keep a good share of the layout open. A grand 15,000 sq.ft. Victorian-themed clubhouse anchors the lifestyle features, with the full list on the amenities page.
Utilities and security
Power, water and drainage are planned underground, with an integrated water network providing connection provisions to individual plots and stormwater drainage designed to prevent waterlogging.
